We may wonder how we can love ourselves without being selfish until we realize that being selfish is not really loving ourselves. We love ourselves when we do what is in our best interest and it is always in our very best interest to look also after the interest of others. To serve others is to ultimately serve yourself. Do yourself a favor and love the person in front of you.
