Confession is more than coming clean with our faults, it is the soul made clean by God’s forgiveness because we have come clean. When God forgives, we are forgiven--period. How precious that word that “as far as the east is from the west so far has God removed our sins.” When God forgives us, we must often forgive ourselves and quit confessing past sins over and over again. Accept the payment of Christ for your shortcomings and bathe daily in the grace of God’s forgiveness.
