Nature often moves with a slow and steady rhythm. Spiritual maturity moves the same way. Be patient with the process, but have an eye on the progress. Living things grow, dead things do not. Do not be bothered by slow growth, just no growth. God patiently works in us to will and do His good pleasure. Cooperate with the life He has placed in you.
