The fact that you are struggling may very well mean you are going in the right direction and making some needed changes in life. But there is an axiom that applies. “Learn to work smarter, not just harder.” There is no doubt that struggle is necessary in many things, but this does not mean that we cannot look for a better and more efficient approach working through it.
