Everyday I find in myself the need to refocus and remind myself to live wholeheartedly and embrace right now. This means so many wonderful things. It may be a moment of overwhelming gratitude, or to truly see and to love the person in front of me, or to appreciate the great privilege of serving and being useful to someone. This refocusing has also caused me to slow down, lift up my eyes and take in the beauty around me in the delights of adoration.
