Just because I disagree with someone, it does not follow that I cannot treat them with respect, even kindness. This does not mean that we must support them in some venture that we strongly oppose. We can still love them in many ways. Not supporting them may very well be one of the ways we do so, especially if we believe that what they are doing is not in their best interest. Even so, we should still be gracious and kind in our refusal. Conversations Within” ts 7/22/2015
