Faith captures the present moment by helping us envision a favorable future--one promised by God. Faith lifts our eyes above our circumstances to see the One who can use them to strengthen us. Faith moves us forward, realizing that what lies ahead is far more important than what is behind. Faith helps us to stop centering our focus on ourselves.
