Always say what you mean and mean what you say even when you are not using words.

We should not take offense, nor seek to cause offense in others. Do not give people a reason to pass judgment on your actions by sending the wrong message. Make sure that your words and your actual witness match up. People watch people, make sure your message is the message you want to them to see.
