If you get tired, learn to rest, not quit. “ Unknown

One of the best ways to avoid burnout is to build into our lives a healthy rhythm of work and rest. It is important to realize that rest involves more than resting the body. We must learn to rest the soul. It is one thing to be tired and another to be weary. Most of us have tasted what we call a good tired---the result of a good day's work and it usually is followed by a good night's sleep. What we want to avoid is a burnout kind of tired.
