"And you shall eat and be full, and you shall bless the Lord your God…" Deut6.10 ESV
When we eat at the table of the Lord, we may expect to find the finest fare. The Father will always kill the fatted calf for everyone Jesus brings home for dinner. Christ has given us the assurance that all who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be satisfied. And when all is right with God, our fasts as well as our feasts are equally nourishing. The one who blesses the Lord God, will be blessed by Him. The one who tastes and sees that God is good, has power to turn water to wine. The cheerful of heart has a continual feast. Eat and be full and bless the Lord your God. 2/7/2008 ts
