The secret to a glad heart is not telling yourself to be glad. Doing that, only reminds you that you are not glad. The secret is telling God thank you for the lines He has drawn around you. A grateful heart is a glad heart and a glad heart is reflected in a smiling face. If I would be free from the burden of my troubles; let me cast them down and lift my hands in grateful praise.
