Some people will not be happy no matter what you do. The key is to love them without allowing them to steal your joy. I say this metaphorically, because true joy can't really be stolen from us anyway--but it can be lost if we let it. It is sad when we let this happen. The joy of Christ is resting in the perfect will of God. A part of this is realizing that it is God's will, at least in some ways, that people be able to resist His will. We may find no joy when they do but we can find joy in God's wisdom for allowing it. Conversations Within ts 5/31/2012 (Jax)
