One positive aspect of flexibility is being able to hold to your own convictions and at the same time being respectful of those who do not share them. We must give people room to express the understanding they have about matters just as we want the very same freedom given to ours. Be fully convinced of your position and practices, but give to others the same grace in the practice of theirs.
