A mature unity understands that everybody is not on the same page. Some may not even be reading the same book.

Personal growth is like working through a book. Some people have yet to read the chapter that I have finished, just as I have not yet read the chapter that others have long since completed. We are all at different stages in our maturity, so it seems wise to respect and be patient with others as they work though the chapter they are in.  Some may not even have started reading the book at all. Give people time and room to grow.
