When I eat junk food I usually feel bad afterward. When I think junk thoughts, it has the same results. I know healthy and unhealthy food when I see it. Likewise I know when my thoughts are wholesome and good and when they are not. It has been said that, “We are what we eat,” and equally so, “We are what we think about.” Keep track of your diet, body and soul.
