Many of the things we worry about have little to do with the present moment. Why bother yourself worrying about something down the road, just “cross the bridge when you get there.” Attend fully to the present moment, and trust that your Father will give you everything you need tomorrow to deal with tomorrow's troubles. Don't let tomorrow’s troubles trouble you today.
