Faith demands that we decide any number of things. Very often we must reaffirm to our heart the truthfulness of a decision of faith and remind ourselves that it was the right decision. We are in our present life, a fickle folk. But once we are persuaded that something is worth believing, worth doing, we will often find it necessary to persuade ourselves to believe it again. Moments of doubt seem to shadow us on our spiritual journey into the light--at least when we look back. I suppose this will be the way of it until the whole of it is something more than just a belief, or something we do; it will be something we have become. 3/27/2011 Conversations Within ts (Oak Mountain, AL)
