Grace is meant to be used not abused.

“Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?” God forbid! Rom.6 To ask for God’s forgiveness knowing full well that you intend to continue doing the very thing that needs His forgiveness, is like asking for help but refusing it when it comes. God’s forgiveness is only one step and a necessary step at that, to help move us closer to Him. The grace that comes to us in His forgiveness is part of His abiding presence and persistence to rescue us from the prison of selfishness and to lead us into the light of freedom.
