“How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise him!” Ps.147Every decision to express gratitude over grumbling inclines our heart not only to trust God to work goodness, but gratitude itself works goodness in us. The reason it is good to praise God is not because He covets it for Himself, but because He wants us to experience its transforming power to cast down our worries.
