Who has not waked at midnight to the worries of this world? But have we not also cracked our eyes in the dark and smiled secure that God was watching over our concerns. I often lay my head down and ask God to keep my family and friends safe until morning. But sometimes I think He wakes me up in the middle of the night to keep watch with Him in my prayers.
