The vision of the flying scroll is one of many revelations in the Scriptures that assure us that there are decisions being made in heaven that affect affairs here on earth. The abode of angels is not a static place. Every glimpse we are given in God’s word, describes Heaven as a place of bustling business and its chief export, the directives of God’s will on earth.
