I think deeply veined old wrinkled or calloused hands are a thing of beauty. Not every one feels this way I'm sure. In this instance, “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.” But, there are some things in this world that people without exception regard as beautiful. The face of a child laughing for instance or a sunrise, or flowers or waterfalls. Beauty exists, and that we are able to appreciate it is in itself a thing of beauty.
