“Excellence is not a skill. It is an attitude.” Ralph Marston

“Then this Daniel became distinguished above all the other presidents and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him.” Dan.6 ESV

I remember reading about a great pianist who was once asked after a thrilling performance how long he practiced before a concert. His answer was thought provoking. He replied, “All my life.” Excellence is a spirit; a way of life. If I am to reflect it, then my attitude toward whatever I am doing needs only to be tied to things that I greatly value. Since I value all things that spring from faith and love, then let everything I do spring from these. 9/20/11 Conversations Within ts (Gunter Hill, AL)
