Everybody has their quirks and despite our best efforts to keep it together the best of us loose it at times. That we must keep it together reveals just how thin the veneer that covers the likelihood that we will fall apart in a crisis. We are what we have practiced and I suppose like posture if we sit poorly most of the time we will not be able to sit straight very long in a crisis.
