“Your faithfulness also surrounds You.” Ps.89.8 NKJV
We may wonder why this verse does not say. “Your faithfulness surrounds me.” But God’s faithfulness is said to surround Him because when all is gathered around Him, everything will reflect His faithfulness. We are the exhibits of His faithfulness just as the intricate honeycomb is of the bee. His own faithfulness surrounds Him because He is faithful in grace, faithful in provision, faithful to preserve His own until the day of Christ. When Jesus returns it is said that His reward will return with Him. We are His reward, the work of His faithful hands. God’s faithfulness surrounds Him just as the work of our hands return to us. 6/8/2009 Conversations Within ts
