Just me trying to be honest with God.

“It's the circle of life, and it moves us all, through despair and hope...

...through faith and love, 'till we find our place, on the path unwinding” Elton John

“The lions roar for their prey and seek their food from God.”

Whenever I watch a Wild Kingdom kind of show, I always pull for whatever animal is being chased down by the lion. Silly me, if the lion doesn’t take down prey, they and their cubs would die a slow and agonizing death. Lions depend on the mercy of their Creator in the circle of life and death as much as their grass grazing prey. How is the Creator’s mercy expressed in the death of every living thing? In effect, the present order is a school of learning. One lesson being taught is that suffering and death are the consequence of a world in rebellion against its Maker. This lesson serves as the backdrop of life’s most important lesson-the glory of God in the face of Christ who has come to buy it back. 6/26/2009 Conversations Within ts
