People have a way of remembering which is more to their liking than it is to the way things actually occur. This is because we are always filtering life through the lens of our perspective and our perspective can be determined as much by our attitude as by our actual circumstances. This is why our heart attitude is so important. A bad attitude will often yield a bad memory just as a good attitude can determine if we take something good from an experience.
