Seasons change, as do most things in life. God is the only eternal constant. We may as well get used to the changes that come in life. We grow older, family leaves home, friends move away and loved ones leave us for the next life. Not all changes require effort to adjust. Some adjust us, and for the better. We grow wiser, we gain experience, perhaps live to see grandchildren come into our lives. As one chapter closes there may be some sense of sadness but so too there can be grateful joy. Another chapter opens to us and with it the experiences, lessons and precious memories of the last. What we are is a part of what we were. Conversations Within ts 2/27/2012 (Jax, FL)
