“Tolerance means to value the right of another person to hold beliefs that you know are absolutely wrong."

“But do this with gentleness and respect.” 1Pt.3.15

The other day Brenda and I had breakfast with a Priestess of Paganism and her husband who happened to be an atheist. We sat around and spoke about our very different beliefs. The dialogue was honest and respectful. I have found that most people will express genuine interest in your story if you express sincere interest in theirs. Before we explain to people that Jesus is the answer, we may need to give them an opportunity to ask a question. We should live our lives in such a manner that its sweet aroma will move those around us to ask what cologne we are wearing. 9/21/2009 Conversations Within ts
