Faith makes it possible I suppose, to render most suffering an experience for God’s glory. Suffering for doing the right thing certainly is but how can my arthritis be suffering for the Lord. I think anytime we commit our souls to God’s in the midst of affliction, if only to accept it graciously we honor Him. We do this even though we may not be expecting Him to heal but just to give us the grace to endure it simply as one more item He promises work for our good and for His glory. 9/24/2009 Conversations Within ts
