It is sad that Christ finds it necessary to warn His people of corruption in pastors. As a pastor, I know all too well, that even ministers often have desires for power, and fame even if they are veiled under to robes of ministry. It is easy to convince yourself that all you really want is to influence people for their own good but deep down there lurks the ravenous wolf seeking to quench a prideful thirst for power, or control. Usually you can tell the good ones from the bad because the wolf wants something from the sheep the shepherd wants something for the sheep. 1/20/2010 Conversations Within ts
