We know something is reliable when we can take it for granted. Most of us took the rising sun this morning that way. We usually frown on people who take things for granted but sometimes taking something or someone for granted can be a good thing. Take God for instance. I do not mean that we are unappreciative of His faithfulness. No, we come to that place where we are so confident that God will do as He promised that we don’t give it a second thought. Consider the number of things that we believe are covered by our prayer, “Give us this day our daily bread.” 8/10/2010 Conversations Within ts
